Our Service

Since closing its Auckland city retail store in 2003, Europens continues to supply customers through mail, phone and Internet orders.

Advice is free but to receive a Europens discount, a minimum purchase order of $50 applies.  Payment is preferred by cheque or direct credit to bank account.  All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST sales tax.

We can help you to match pens to the person, provide complimentary gift wrapping and deliver by courier or parcel post anywhere in New Zealand for an extra $7.  For tracked delivery though to RD addresses, there is now a $2.80 NZ Post surcharge.

Europens also offers a full corporate service, including engraving or printing, gift wrapping and delivery to your door.
